- • Make sure you bring clothes to match the weather forecast! Our accommodations are kept heated year-round for comfort, but it’s always important to be prepared for the elements.

Upper Canada Camp is able to provide with one microphone hooked up to our internal sound system. Groups that are renting our facilities are encouraged to bring their own sound and video equipment. We do not have any extra equipment available for use or rent.
Food is included as part of your stay at Upper Canada Camp, so we ask that you do not bring your own meals. Your group can bring snacks, but be advised that we cannot guarantee fridge space.
Absolutely! We have a lot of experience with accommodating for visitors with allergies, vegetarians, vegans and many more. Let us know before your visit and we can prepare a separate (but equally delicious) plate of food at each meal-time.
Wi-Fi is not currently available at Upper Canada Camp, but we see that as a benefit as it just gives you more time to enjoy together with your friends!
We certainly do! We have two different layouts of cabins for overnight accommodation. One style offers partial privacy (a separate room with a door) and one style offers complete privacy (separate entrance and private bathroom).
Use of the gym is included as part of the agreement with each group that uses our facilities. If you are part of a group that is renting Upper Canada Camp, check with the contact person with your group to confirm if you are allowed to use the gym.
Use of the bonfire pit is included at a minor charge for materials in your agreement with Upper Canada Camp. If you are a member of a group, confirm with your leader as to whether or not your group has selected this option.
